When should I make my reservation?
To secure your preferred date, we advise booking 2–3 weeks ahead, or 4–6 weeks in advance for private celebrations or business events, especially during the busy months from May to September. This ensures better availability and sufficient time to personalize your experience.
What are the procedures for unfavorable weather?
Our primary concern is your safety. Should our captain judge the weather to be dangerous, there's an option to reschedule or a full reimbursement will be offered. Weather forecasts are watched diligently, and if there’s a chance of poor conditions, we'll be in touch 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Is it permissible to bring my own refreshments?
Certainly, guests may bring their own refreshments. Nevertheless, we provide exceptional catering services that can be tailored to your preferences. Kindly be aware that, for safety purposes, glass is not allowed on board.

What is your policy on cancellations?
If cancellation occurs 72 hours or more before the departure, a full refund is issued. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of departure time do not typically receive a refund; exceptions are made in cases of adverse weather or mechanical issues on our part.
